Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Digital Path Core website at digital-pathcore.world and any collector package inquiry, viewing, variant study, or lot-notes request you submit. By using the site or sending a brief, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not send a brief or attend a sitting.

Who we are

Digital Path Core offers matching notes, private viewings of Iron Man armor archive editions, technical art variant studies, and lot notes. We do not operate a payment checkout on this site. Marvel characters, names, and trade dress remain the property of their owners. We do not claim to represent Marvel or to license artwork.

Inquiries and appointments

A submitted brief is a request, not a booking, until we confirm in writing. Inquiry fees, sitting fees, and deposits are described on the rates page and in quotes. We may decline a brief that does not name an armor family, that asks us to source unlicensed prints, or that we cannot match from the cabinet.

Intellectual property

Website copy, photographs of our viewing room, lot codes, and our matching-note format are owned by Digital Path Core except where a third-party image library licenses a photograph. Printed plates and comic artwork remain with their copyright owners. You may not copy matching notes or lot PDFs for publication without our written consent. You may photograph plates during a sitting only under the house rules given at booking.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to send abusive messages, to harvest email addresses, or to imply that Digital Path Core authenticates every Iron Man edition in circulation. Lot notes describe documents we hold; they are not legal title opinions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Thailand, Digital Path Core is not liable for indirect loss, travel costs incurred before a sitting is confirmed, or condition changes that occur after a lot leaves our cabinet following a completed reserve. We remain responsible for loss or damage to plates while they are in our custody, and for written matching notes that omit a gap we already knew from the intake folder.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from services described on it, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised text.
