This notice explains how Digital Path Core (“we”) handles personal data when you browse digital-pathcore.world, send a collector brief, or attend a Bangkok viewing. It should be read with our cookies page.

What we collect

From the inquiry form: name, email, optional package choice, optional preferred viewing date, and the message you write (which may include armor families, budget bands, and travel plans). From email or phone: whatever you choose to send. From cookies: a consent choice stored in your browser, and analytics only if you accept. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, wallet keys, or payment-card details on this site.

Why we use it

We use your brief to decide whether we can match a lot, to schedule a sitting, to issue matching notes and lot PDFs, and to reply to refund or cancellation requests. Legal bases we rely on in practice are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a confirmed sitting, and our legitimate interest in keeping a handling log that names the guest at the table.

Retention

Unsuccessful briefs (no match) are kept for twelve months, then deleted from active mailboxes except where Thai accounting rules require a longer hold of invoices. Matching notes, viewing records, and lot PDFs tied to a reserve are kept for six years. Cookie consent is stored in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need it for a live sitting, a deposit, or a legal hold. You may object to analytics if you had accepted cookies; use Reject on the banner or write to us. To exercise rights, email info@digital-pathcore.world. You may also complain to a competent authority in Thailand or in your country of residence.

International transfers

The cabinet and viewing room are in Thailand. Email and site hosting may process data on servers outside Thailand. When that happens, we use suppliers who contract to protect the data and to limit use to sending our mail and serving the site. Matching notes are emailed to the address you give, which may be outside Thailand.

Sharing

We share guest names with the deputy who hosts a sitting. We do not sell collector lists. We may share data if required by Thai law or to defend a legal claim about a lot.
