Refunds

When money returns, and when it does not

This page applies to inquiry fees, sitting fees, variant-study fees, lot-note fees, and deposits described on our rates page. Digital Path Core does not sell merchandise carts, subscriptions, or shipped goods through this website. Refunds are not available for plates we never invoiced.

Eligibility and timeframe

Write to info@digital-pathcore.world within fourteen days of the charge you dispute, naming the brief date or sitting date. We review against the calendar and the handling log. Approved refunds are initiated within ten working days of our written decision.

Inquiry fees

The collector package inquiry fee pays for reading and matching notes. It is refundable in full if we have not yet started matching (no plate list opened). After matching has started, the inquiry fee is not refundable, including when the outcome is a written decline. That decline is the work you paid for.

Sittings and studies

Cancel a confirmed Bangkok viewing or variant-study sitting at least seventy-two hours before the start time for a full refund of the sitting fee. Cancel inside seventy-two hours and we keep fifty percent, unless we fill the slot with another named guest. No-shows forfeit the sitting fee. If we cancel because foil-heavy lots cannot leave the cabinet after a storm, we refund the sitting fee in full or reschedule at your choice.

Deposits

A deposit holds a named lot for fourteen days. If you withdraw within those fourteen days and we have not begun transfer paperwork or a second sitting for that reserve, we refund the deposit minus a THB 1,500 administration amount. After fourteen days without a completed next step, the deposit is forfeited unless we failed to present the lot. If work on the reserve has already started (lot pulled, second sitting booked, notes updated for transfer), the deposit is not refundable.

Lot notes

Once a lot-notes PDF has been issued, the fee is not refundable. If we have not yet compiled the folder, you may cancel for a full refund of that line item.

Materials and work already started

We do not purchase framing or conservation materials on your behalf as part of these packages, so there is no materials refund line. Cotton gloves and foam are ours. If a sitting is underway and you leave early, the fee is not prorated.

Rescheduling

One reschedule of a sitting is allowed if you give seventy-two hours’ notice. Further changes are treated as a cancellation under the sitting rules above.

How refunds are paid

We return funds by the same method originally used, or by bank transfer to a Thai account you name if the original method has expired. Processing by the bank can take an additional five to ten working days after we initiate the return.
