Lot notes and provenance reading

A written reading of how a named armor-archive lot entered our cabinet: invoices we hold, prior viewings, and gaps we will not paper over.

THB 2,200 per lot when attached to an open inquiry; THB 3,100 as a stand-alone request.

Who it is for

Buyers preparing a reserve who need the paper trail in English before they commit a deposit.

What you leave with

A lot-notes PDF that lists documents on file, documents missing, and handling history since the lot reached Bangkok.

Scope

One lot already in the Digital Path Core cabinet. We do not write notes on pieces still in another dealer’s hands.

Included

  • Document inventory (what we hold, what we have only as copies)
  • Handling log since intake
  • Plain-language list of gaps

Not included

  • Legal opinions on title
  • Customs paperwork for export
  • Appraisal for insurance replacement value

How the work runs

  1. You name the lot from your package notes or viewing record.
  2. We compile the folder.
  3. PDF issued; questions answered once by email.

Prepare before you write

Quote the lot code from your package notes.

Limits we will not blur

Notes are for the named recipient only and are not a public catalogue entry.
